I've been a member for years and consider Dena and Rashell family. They have always taken care of me and made me feel seen and heard unlike somw of the bigger institutions. Thank you both for the continuous great customer service and for always going above and beyond.
Rashell at the Beach Blvd location is the greatest person I have the pleasure on working with at any bank, hands down. She always greets you with a smile and always goes above and beyound to help you. If she leaves, Im leaving too, she makes going to her location fun. I dont think you can find a better employee, a better representation for your company, and I would say a better person to work with and see because she makes my day every time I encounter her.
