Kim is always smiling and greeting me personally. She takes an interest in me and is very helpful. The transition from City & Police FCU was very rough in some patches. A lot of needless anxiety about access to on line accounts. It took several visits to get transitioned over to Alive. Kim has been there all along and helped me navigate through. So glad you were able to keep her.
Luv this branch the service is exceptional and they value their customers..always a nice greeting and always explain the banking when needed.

The Alive branch on Waller street is outstanding. I have been a customer for over 30 years. Since Alive took over the customer service is outstanding. I needed help recently and went to the branch. Britini Richardson is the branch manager and greeted me and asked what she could do to help. She spent the next hour or more gathering the information I needed with help from colleagues. Hours are accurate. Establishment is clean. Staff on Duty were insightful, friendly, and swift. Would recommend experiencing for oneself.
