The tellers were very courteous and polite at the branch on Waller Street also very helpful 👍
Kim is always smiling and greeting me personally. She takes an interest in me and is very helpful. The transition from City & Police FCU was very rough in some patches. A lot of needless anxiety about access to on line accounts. It took several visits to get transitioned over to Alive. Kim has been there all along and helped me navigate through. So glad you were able to keep her.
Luv this branch the service is exceptional and they value their customers..always a nice greeting and always explain the banking when needed.
