Desk lady was super rude when I requested an eta from the inspector, when I asked I was given an 8 hour arrival window and if im not on site they fail the inspection, when I asked what happens if I need to potty there's no way to get an eta so I dont miss them? I was told really? Are you serious? Yes mam I am serious how would you feel to be told to sit somewhere for 8 hours with no eta and no ability to leave I dont think this is to much to ask for at least forward my number to him. Walked into city inspection office phone was ringing no one bothered to answer they were just sitting chatting together. Customer service part -they were so rude and defensive. we have been waiting for 2 months to have inspection sent to oncor and nothing has been done! need to have training on customer service and answering inbound phone calls not to mention returning calls. had to park in parking garage and 3 city inspection truck were driving fast in the garage area when it states 5mph someone could get hit like I almost ... read more

GLAD TO KNOW THAT WHEN YOU GET A ROOF INSPECTED THAT THEY “dont go in the backyard”. So of the front is done but the back isnt it will pass anyway. What a waste of time to have that done.
