Seems this place charges what they want. The base fees fluctuate each month and raising water/ sewer fees are unexplainable ( no leak and no increased usage)
What's the point of a phone number to call if no one answers it. I called six times over the span of three hours on a Wednesday....
Can’t get anyone on the phone
They should be hiring if they’re not. Customer service sucks. I arrived at 1:00 on a Wednesday and sat until 2:14 unseen just for the representative to pull the last customer that walked in after me and the other 4 individuals waiting for necessities to be connected/disconnected. Totally unacceptable. I left unseen as I didn’t expect to sit for an hour plus and be skipped in line and had other important matters to handle.
