A direct quote from supervisor "we just take the money " Do not expect assistance or knowledge of any kind. The water was shut off for 3 months. I had to get water from family and friends. They charged me $265 for the 3 months in was without water. If you need anything from these people, you'll get change and a receipt. No kindness, concern, advice, or caring of any kind. AI the entire office, the humanity left years ago. Pay your bill online if possible.
I had a seizure in the front office. Everyone watched flail around on the ground before Springfield police showed up and had their hands on their guns as I was coming out of it. If you have any sort of medical condition stay away and pay your bill over the phone.
I called to have my utilities ended on 2/28 back in January. They had no problem updating my address, but they clearly didn't update my move out. They just sent me a bill for services for 2/28-4/4, a time period I wasn't even living in the state. I won't be paying a bill for a time period I wasn't even a resident of the property.
