Constantly have issues with the city. Either no one answers the phones at city hall, or the trash skips your road two weeks in a row. So thankful I’m moving back to my hometown. Currently on a 24 minute hold waiting for someone to answer the phone. Have no vehicle and my water is brown!!!!! Answer the phone people!! We pay you to do so!
Don't call and expect anything to be done. Tried to call the city building inspector today about getting something done about my crap living situation. He then tells me that he isn't get mad and then his tone changes. When where or why would you need to take such a tone with people? Am I wrong to feel that these people are quite unprofessional?
Nice town only gave 1 stars because there no restaurants in sidney worth going in! Correction this town sucks!!!!!!
Never have I ever lived somewhere where I can’t set-up automatic payments for utilities online, or lived somewhere where I need to provide a paper copy of my tax forms to the city or pay a fine if I don’t (even though my taxes were paid & they have record that I even overpaid). And all must be done during banking/working hours M-F, meaning I never have time or availability to do these things.
