We parked on Aztec last week and swiped a card to pay for parking while we were at dinner. The meter would not increase the time. We swiped the card again and it would not increase the time we needed for dinner. We moved to another space and then filed the claim with Santa Fe Parking. Our claim was deemed "user" error. I assume this is how the parking division makes their money! Love the Way Santa Fe parking enforcement handles themselves. Not only do they not ticket and tow cars that are blocking active loading zones they only target commercial vehicles. There should be a moral code no active personal should be flicking anybody off.
