Excellent service for senior citizens who need transportation.
Such a great service for Riverside seniors. We use their services every week at our senior community. They are reliable and accomodating with last minute doctors appts.
Great bus service
The stars are for the drivers and the city for provding this service to seniors. However, I give no stars to the reservation clerk, named Jessica. She is more often than not rude , condescending and arrogant. I hate calling to make a reservation so much, that I do not use the bus as much as I otherwise would. I wonder if others feel the same way.
