This transit agency used to be very reliable; however, lately it has been late almost every time and is overcrowding shared transit rides. This raises concerns about whether they have enough buses or are not executing trips efficiently. For senior citizens, this means waiting nearly an hour and a half for a 10-mile trip. RTA is much better, and its operations are rarely delayed. Such a great service for Riverside seniors. We use their services every week at our senior community. They are reliable and accomodating with last minute doctors appts.
