I wonder how many threats of jail time this place is going to send me. I understand that taxes are important, I do my state and federal ones every year the second I'm able to, but I never learned how to do local taxes until like last year. I also make almost no money a year. I feel like I'm going to have to spend the entirety of my tax refund paying Parma back so that way they can leave me alone well I try to look for a job that actually has hours
They do not know how to pick up a phone and the hours are inconvenient where it is hard to come in person if you have a normal job. Seriously pick up the phone. One line goes to voicemail and the other gets hung up.
Not sure why they have 2.5 but my experience here has been excellent every single time on multiple departments.
