Police in this city like to arrest and assault innocent citizens. Do not recommend visiting.
Just absolute pure greed. I called right at open to pay my bill even though my utilities weren't shut off yet, they said I needed to pay the full amount plus the shut off fee. I told them I have kiddos I need to shower and get ready, and her response was "well you better take care of it quick then" absolute 0 remorse and sympathy. Just proving they don't care about us.
