Horrible customer service reps who lie directly to you. Had my water shut off after making a payment in January. When I called about this I was told that was technically my December payment and I had somehow missed my January & February payment(it’s currently Feb 26th but okay) and must pay the bill in full to restore service. When I asked why after never being late on payment in 2 years no call or letter was sent I was told it was emailed. I was less than a week late on a $45 bill, waiting for payday. Got a bright neon pink bill in the mail. They gave me a date on a Monday to pay by or they will shut off the water. I went to the office to pay on the Friday before it was due (which is payday for a good portion of the population), on my lunch break. So of course the office closes at 11:30, on a Friday!
