They have 0 respect for other people who are struggling and they have worst payment arrangement policy, First of all, there's no need charge twice or more than twice the amount for sewage. The water department and government need to implement better policies and service charges without bankrupting us citizens & further aggravating debt. Billing continues to be a mess.
I am so grateful for the speedy help I received after making a 311 call for water service to my elderly mother's home! She is homebound and lost all water service today, very distressing for her. I live out of state, so couldn't go help her. When I called 311, the lady I spoke with was so kind, and she noted that a senior citizen had lost all water service in the report. You have to jump through hoops like an obstacle course just to TRY and speak to a HUMAN representative! All this time I wasted and still NEVER got through to anyone!!!
