Tried calling, 3x day in row , got put on wait thru automated messages. Then the phone hung up on m everytime? Never heard anyone cant get any service Keep calling for corrected services and charges and they can't give a forward answer or listen to you asking why you have a double charge instead of you even upset them a little they'll just put you on hold

Today I went to this location because I was frustrated on not getting an answer on getting a new water service and to be honest the lady that was on the front desk her name is Biulla she was so helpful, sweet and kind and they helped me to solve my issue and for that I'm so thankful 10/10...
If you don’t get anyone to come out and repair what the City damaged, they may have CANCELLED your requests. Mine has been cancelled at least 6 times.
