called because website system was slow and couldn’t pay my water bill because my account got locked out.. talked to costumer service and she asked what i was talking about; so i explained and she just told me to have a good day?.. weird as hell and the bad reviews are legit people.

Too many water tdepartment customer service people are unbelievably rude. I'm sure you already know who they are. Put them in positions that require no contact with customers.

A huge pain in the butt to deal with after I disconnected my service. I was supposed to receive my deposit back, but I had to call to request for them to send me a check. It has been over a year and still no check. I updated my forwarding address when I closed my account, but according to their customer service reps, they don't have records of that. Every time I call to ask for the check to be sent over, they give me the run around and tell me to call back in a month or so. Terrible.
