Since they replaced the water meter our Bill won't drop below $100.00 a month, when were paying $45-$60 before.
I would give a 0 if I could. After months and hours of phone calls, I decided to drive the hour to their location on Leeland. It looked liked a dangerous neighborhood. I went to the door at 3:45 pm and it was locked. A woman opened the door and said “do you have an appointment?”she said to call the number on the door.
