Moved out of Fairfield over 2 years ago and still get missing document letters in the email saying I have 60 days to respond… I do not live in Fairfield anymore… worst tax office in Ohio.
Moved out of fairfield July 2019, moved back christmas eve 2023. Ive gotten a handful of letters end of last year saying i never filed for the years I DID NOT LIVE HERE. When I said i didn't live in fairfield they said they needed mortgage statements or utility bills to prove move out date and move in date as well as all w2s and other tax documents for the years 2018-2024.
