These employees are rude and don't want to bother to answer questions. As public employees, they obviously have poor customer service skills and should think about getting a job where they don't have to deal with the public. Their paycheck comes from public taxes, but they obviously have a warped idea on what customer service really is and should look for new jobs.
I made a cash payment on Monday morning (2/28/23) around 9am. I was in and out in under 3 minutes. Everybody was really nice and the security guard was very helpful.
