These people want us to do their jobs for them and then deny services when the work isn't done to their standards/satisfaction.
Shout out to Tim, for great customer service yesterday in our Northeast (Mountain View) neighborhood! He is a driver, who came back around with his promise to me, to pick up my elderly Mom's trash when I asked him about it. He had finished our side of the street as I was driving by(she had forgot to put it out). He was friendly and professional and kept his promise, which is rare these days. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves for going above and beyond!
They failed to pick my trash Wednesday after Christmas. I called them and they said we were skipped and they would send them out the next day at no charge. They didn't come and when I called them back they now say if they send them back there will be a charge. I wish I had another option for trash pick up that is consistently.
