I've been calling this place for a week to get information on my stormwater bill and no answer none of the times I called. I even left 2 messages...no call back. After my call was ignored today, I decided I will go into the treasurer office today. When I got there, there's atleast 4-5 woman at the windows and 1 woman at a desk in the back of the office. The Ben White office never picks up the phone. I have called about 20 times trying to get updated info. Everyone here seems to be on vacation and it doesn’t matter what time of the day you call no one will pick up or call back!
Wish i could give 0 stars. Have to call EVERY YEAR to tell them i dont live there anymore and to stop trying to charge me property taxes. Havent been able to get ahold of anyone for months now and they put a tax lien on my paycheck.
No one’s answer the phone or returns calls, this place apparently has no one working at all ever but someone’s getting paid to be there, while there voice mailbox is constantly full
Lack of communication and customer service. We fund these offices and they can respond to emails or voicemails. I was double charged and paid but no refund after trying to contact multiple times and I just received another bill.
