This is horrible that any community member can misuse City, County and State resources to repeatedly file complaints against CITIZENS and force Code Enforcement officers to respond and write a citation and force a court date which ultimately cost hundreds/thousands of dollars. I believe when citations like these are dropped and proven to be false accusations and not criminal behavior that the community members should have to pay back the City and the Community member for their time. Worst experience ever. Was told by an office staff member that my child hood was my fault. I was homeless at 16 because my mother couldn’t afford to take care of me and because of abuse and neglect. Worked at a health food store 50hours a week to afford food. Had to drop out of high school because I had to eat. No child should have had to go through what I went through.
