This place is a complete joke and scam. Final bill had been paid for almost 2 years (2021)… then in May of 2023, my CLOSED account gets updated and a final bill appears. I told the NO HELP “official” Sara Biermann that it must be a clerical error and she refused to accept that possibility. She refuted aggressively that I had not made my payment because I can’t recite the exact date and amount I paid my final bill on. Absolutely the worst service and communication. Tried to get a memorial bench back in October and now we're into December and still nothing. They take the money before having it approved at a meeting, which they don't mention when taking the money, you hear nothing from them unless you reach out multiple times. Then excuse after excuse is given with no results still. Poor way to conduct business.
