Rude, useless, unhelpful
If you jog or like walking sidewalks (namely kid or ederly) I don't recommend in South Albany, especially near Oak school or high school. Female Dispatch won't even warn dog owners of obnoxious, aggressive barking unless "dog leaves it's yard".
Super friendly staff. Always willing to help. Awesome police department as well.
