Worst banking service around... Everytime you turn around they lock your damn card it's a pain in the ass to get it fixed they put limits on debits without saying... No one seems to know how to change information in the system even though its been "handled" at least 3 times already!!!! I plan to close my account today if I can make it down there or tomorrow if not
Not an account holder, but I feel compelled to say something. Makayla and Shaina are consistently some of the hardest-working people I see. Professional, attentive, and clearly carrying more than their share. What’s wild, though, is that I never see either of them take a lunch break—which is ridiculous and, frankly, not legal in most cases. It raises uncomfortable questions about how they’re being treated compared to others, and whether bias plays a role.
