Wanted to say that manager Mathew D. and his tellers today we're overall kind compassionate and highly professional. They went out of their way to hear my questions and to help find answers. I appreciate them greatly. The Bartlesville branch has some of the friendliest and kindest staff around.
Frankie, is friendly, has a good attitude an always good to deal with. A valuable asset to the bank.
Put a 2 week hold on a check from State Farm and then lied about their own return policy on debit cards. The young Indian guy thinks he knows everything and is very arrogant when dealing with customers but it's obvious he needs to educate himself with his employers policy's. Can't wait to close my account.
