I opened up a new account w Francisco and he was the nicest guy.ive had very bad customer service experiences at another bank here in town.so its very nice to have such nice ppl help me each time ive went here.ALL of them are nothing but polite and professional.heck my second time going there they remembered my name! I was impressed! The Ponca City branch is the nicest group of ppl at any bank ive ever met! Thank you all so much!
Had an awesome efficient and prompt, very thorough experience with Mr. Francisco of Ponca City Branch, did went back today for an issue that couldn't be resolved yesterday and all it took today is 4 mins, just get right to it and fixed it. Thank you Mr.Francisco of Ponca Branch for a speedy excellent customer service, need more efficient person like you, glad to have this awesome person, give up the GOOD WORK
