I've been banking here since 2017. Staff has always treated me so well, great customer service. Today Francisco was incredibly helpful. No problems with the banking app. I must say, the call to wish me a "Happy Birthday" every year really makes me feel valued. Thank you CNB

I opened up a new account w Francisco and he was the nicest guy.ive had very bad customer service experiences at another bank here in town.so its very nice to have such nice ppl help me each time ive went here.ALL of them are nothing but polite and professional.heck my second time going there they remembered my name! I was impressed! The Ponca City branch is the nicest group of ppl at any bank ive ever met! Thank you all so much!
