Well, I am a recently new customer with City Bank and I am very glad of it. Since joining CNB I've had nothing but good experiences. They have watched out for suspected fraud, always been curtious and friendly. Amie is a very nice young lady who's always professional and does it with the cutest smile. I hope she continues to be there.
This reviews deserves a zero stars.... Had Amie as a cashier and she made an openly rude comment to my wife while other customers were standing there stunned. My wife was on her phone texting our children and I was taking out funds from my account . My wife did not do or say anything to her that would ever warrant that kind of behavior from her!Get rid of her too. Shes just as bad as the other bank manager that got fired!
I would like to give a shout out to the acting manager Amie at the Miami Branch. I have been a customer for the past 24 years and have had nothing but great experiences with the staff. I also work for a regional non profit organization with challenged clients. I occasionally take my clients to this location for their banking needs which can be challenging at times. This bank will s such a great place to bank with. They make you feel soo at home and warm when you go in to make. There are two people here that really made my experience great Amy and Nayeli are AMAZING and love what they do. Thank you guys so so much!!
Nayeli Aguilar is a wonderful manager! She greets everyone with a friendly smile. She is very knowledgeable and always happy to help.
