Not sure who I spoke with but someone just called to wish me a Happy Birthday. I asked her if the branch makes her do it and she told me she just likes the opportunity to connect with customers, and that not everyone has someone to say it to them. I’m one of those people- so it meant a lot. What a rockstar! I was considering changing banks to something closer but I’ll definitely be staying now. Awesome service! Give that girl a raise lol

I do not appreciate the way that it was treated by this company. Horrible Horrible Horrible service! They closed my account with no prior notice no phone call, no email NOTHING! The tellers there are extremely rude and did not help me at all the guy there with the long hair poor customer service. I'm extremely dissatisfied
