Jess from the bank in Walmart in Shawnee was fantastic she was very helpful and patient and very informative and professional she is a very nice person and you need more like her the other staff are fantastic too you have a great team and I'm very proud to have changed from my other bank to your's I was banking at tinker Federal credit Union so thank you very much for your time I will be sure to Tell others about you thanks again your friend mr.john marshall
The Shawnee location needs more then 2 tellers on Friday and Saturdays...people are getting fussy.
I tried to cash a check at Walmart and the woman looked at me like I was crazy. I saw the "we cash checks" sign at the city bank area and asked Jess if I could cash it. She was apprehensive at first but saw it was from the state treasurer and said wait I can call and verify this right now. She called and verified and was able to help me. I genuinely dislike banks but the fact she was so willing to go above and beyond to help me gave me hope. If the leaves I'm closing my account.
