finally a bank that treats you like family instead of just a name & number!!!
Whoever wrote the good review must work there. How ca a bank let your account get compromised and some take over \$2000 over a 2 week period, and they cant stop it or even have a clue whats going on, calling to get help and no returned phone calls and even people acts like they get disconnected when you ask a question that they dont have an answer for. This bank is awful!! And the manager is not helpful. I recently closed my accounts because of the service there!!!
This is the worst bank in the United State, they cheat, they lie and then when its all said and done they act as though the customer is of no value and send a letter telling your acount will be cancelled within 10 days, I have never had one over draft,and have been a great custmer.... They reason they give is I couldnt get service on CItyline 1800 number and used one curse word the young lady on the other end had the nerve to lie and pull the racial card,( HAPPY TO SAY GOOD RIDANCE YOU VERY DISHONEST CITY NATIONAL BANK!!!)
I just got off the phone with nikki one of the teller and she was wonderful with my questions and all of my mess she was great .
I have used this bank for over a year. There are no hidden fees.The only fees you have...you know about. The are very friendly.You can call them with questions and they are glad to help.I recommend City National to all my friends.
