Just encountered the most egregious of customer service from a banking staff person. I believe her name is Debra Durr. After completing and having my identity verified from the front desk I completed the application and was asked to wait as there were a couple of people before me. After waiting 20 minutes or so the customer before me exited the office. Debra then came out and greeted a lady who arrived after meet.
