Honestly the worst bank I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. If I could leave 0 stars, I would, because one star is too good a review for them. I was recently scammed out of $100, & instead of having my back & getting my money back, they refuse to do anything. There was also another smaller charge for a subscription that I wasn’t subscribed to & have screenshot proof, but I guess that doesn’t matter. I go to this bank every single Wednesday of my life, but this branch has really gone downhill in the past month due to the new employees. Today, I went in to cash a company check drawn directly on City National Bank. Because they closed in five minutes, the teller, Heather, refused to cash it for no valid reason.
