When CHASE BANK failed me, City National Bank of Florida and more specifically HELEN AND SHERIE saved me. While millions are waiting for help, I'm counting my blessings (and payroll) for finding City National Bank!!!! The drive thru is designed to be less personal and at this point I think its the best option so I don't mind. Sherie (sp?) will pop up on the screen and give you a smile to let you know you are a person and not just a number so there is still a personal interaction. This bank is terrible and the employees are extremely rude! I parked in their parking lot to deliver a couple of things to a tenant next door and was there for 22 minutes exactly and when I came out there was an 8 1/2” x 11” Notice sticker on my driver side window advising me o could not park there or I would be towed. Not only was it rude and obnoxious at best, it also caused a Square ring on my window that had to be professionally detailed off. With this business practice I would never ever trust them with my money at all.... read more
All of the employees at this branch are very nice and accommodating. The service is much appreciated and Helen is a very warm person to talk to.
