Have been with the bank for over 20 years. Honestly have not changed banks due to the inconvenience of having to change my account number to all my billing information and direct deposit. However, this bank goes against federal banking rules. This bank does not protect its consumers from merchants. This bank functions as if it was still in the 20th century.
