This bank is horrible. Their customer service over the phone is terrible. They fail to return calls, and they frequently overcharge us so then we have to deal with it. In essence, this bank is excessively time-consuming due to its disorganization. They charged me three times, with different amounts, on the same month of March for a loan. Basically, I regret not researching this bank before signing up with them. I understand now why they have bad reviews across all locations
First and foremost- what a beautiful city national bank. Layout wise, this is how they should all be. I get the building is huge but it makes for such a better experience. The team at this location was extremely kind and helpful! They assisted through a complex deposit and I believe her name was Michelle - what a great human being! God Bless
