This bank is horrible. Their customer service over the phone is terrible. They fail to return calls, and they frequently overcharge us so then we have to deal with it. In essence, this bank is excessively time-consuming due to its disorganization. They charged me three times, with different amounts, on the same month of March for a loan. Basically, I regret not researching this bank before signing up with them. I understand now why they have bad reviews across all locations
