How do you deny a card payment 3 times to pay phone bill because of insufficient funds. Then approve on the 4th try with less funds. And then charge me an overdraft fee. I wonder how many other times this happened to me or others. Can someone please make this make sense unless the goal is stealing the money that I do not have. They tell me it's pending but my phone is turned on.
