I live at 3390 15th avenue and I lost my bank card was first national Bank has been about 40 years ago and I would like to receive my money even though I don't have my bank of card but I know I'm on your record so call me up
Customer service within the branch is always great! I love the new location/changes
They are rude, not friendly and have attitudes. I truly miss the old staff they had. I dislike their new location especially since it wasn't nobody in line, i still had to wait without being greeted. I will be closing out my accounts and going to another bank. So far i closed one account already. It's a shame i have to leave; i been with them for 18 years.
The worst bank cards 3 weeks to come and they always have to reorder after three weeks.
