Their service is the most horrendous I've ever experienced at any bank. I wanted to close a credit card I bad with the bank. Apparently, you cannot close it over the phone with their phone service. You can only do it through your personal banker. After months of unreturned calls and emails to my personal banker, I finally learned that he was on leave.
