I went through the drive thru to put money in my boyfriends account and I stuck the envelope under the paper holder and it was really Windy today so the lady at the drive thru put it in his account, so she sends me the receipt and envelope but didn't put it under the paper holder and my shit blew halfway across the parking lot, she didn't say sorry or nothing, when i chased after the envelope, the lady disappeared, didn't even ask if I got it or said I'm sorry, she was inside just busy talking to the other tellers.. that's w... read more
I second the bad customer service. Attempted to cash a money order given by postal service. One was rude not sure if they just don’t have the training but felt unwelcome. Seems to me they were only interested in new business and current. The guy in front of me received better service than I did. From my experience banks cash money orders with identification and a finger print. I have another bank far away and was actually thinking about opening an account here but now I’m not going to consider it.
