I am very dissatisfied with the level of service I have received from this bank. Despite providing a signed Power of Attorney authorizing my fiancé to manage my account while I am unable to visit in person, the bank has refused to recognize this authorization. I have also communicated directly with bank staff through both phone and video calls to confirm my wishes. I love this bank. I always feel like I'm visiting friends when I go there . Very friendly but professional!
They treat you like family
This bank is absolutely terrible. City National Bank needs to do a much better job with basics of customer service or I will be not particularly impressed and continue to bank with my Wells Fargo. I would not recommend!
