My wife and I have had our accounts with City National for nearly 25 years. We have never had a concern and have always been very happy with their service and small town appeal.
I've never heard of any bank not accepting all tenders of currency but they did away with coin counter for customers (because you know their not counting change) and don't even offer the coin wrappers and you know they have a lot of them. What really is going on here? Use to offer free register books I've been a customer since I was over 20yrs and this is sad.
I have been with City National Bank since 2011. I have always had a great experience no matter which branch I would visit. It reminds me of how long ago when staff knew your name and there was a relationship. I have visited the Mitlon branch since I reside in Ona now and it is a beautiful campus and building. It blends in with the town and where it is located. As always, the tellers and service are the best!
