I want to start by saying my reviews is not a reflection of this branch or any of its employees. The teller that helped me today (I wish I could remember her name but I’m forgetful) was very helpful and did her job correctly. The way City National Bank as a whole is managed however, was disappointing. I have been with City National for over 7 years, during that time, not once have I overdrafted my account.
