Terrible communication and poor customer service on their part. After providing several forms of identification and over 5 years as a customer the teller took over 10 minutes delaying my transaction, asking repeatedly if I was being scammed while I simply was making a cash withdraw of my.money. Isn't it none of the bankers business how i choose to use my own cash?
