Great small, home-town style banking. I love that I've known some of the staff since the early eighties. All of the staff is terrific!!! This is especially true from experience with the front offices, main lobby and drive through staff. Thank you all, especially Dave Carr and Kevin Moore!
Terrible bank, worst bank to do business with. Whatever happened to training your new employees properly to convey the right information to customers, instead you live it for the customer to go figure it out. All they know how to do is charge you unnecessarily and blindsided. Literally, the worst bank especially the one on Lee Headquarters wack as well.

Balance is always incorrect. Every time I use my debit card, the amount is debited twice, then eventually cried back once. As a result, several checks have bounced when the money was actually in my account. Online banking is a joke, constantly locking me out making me reset my password when I know I entered it correctly. Text banking stopped working. Just a ridiculously incompetent bank.
The people who at the Chickasha Branch of City National Bank are very friendly and helpful. They all know you by name when you go up to the window to inquire about your account. I have recommended them to several of my friends and family.
