Excellent people in Rupert, WV and my lifetime bank.
The bank staff is always extremely helpful and they treat me like family. When i walk into the bank, I am always greeted with a smile and a big hello Jeannie; how are you doing. All of the employees are always willing around assist me in any way. I would definitely recommend this bank to anyone.
I discovered, on 3/16/2021, someone allowed a stranger's $710 theft from my bank account, on 3/8/2010, without a signature verification! Friendly? HARDLY. How about negligent and incompetent...
