Terrible. I called this bank to report a fraud purchase late January that was made under my account. I was questioned by the first bank teller if I made the transaction by Christian. I called back to confirm the dispute someone else picked up that was rude she told me they were putting in the dispute and that they may deny it. They aren't apologetic to what happened or about the inconvenience and i havent been given a provision credit atleast 10 days after the dispute was filed leaving my account negative. Good people, absolutely terrible lobby hours.
One of the best banks to work with in the area! They have bent over backwards to assist us in a number of our financial matters. A chain bank that has a real home town feel! Tom and Steve are providing a fantastic service for the people of Nicholasville.
