They are always so kind and helpful here. I have never met an employee that did not go out of their way to assist me.
I currently have mortgage and multiple bank accounts and will be closing them all. There were 2 fraudulent charges made on my account. One went through and the second was blocked due to fraud. They are refusing to return the money from the first transaction and are refusing to look further into the case. Fraud reviewed and declared that we have been buying on Amazon for over a year so it was authorized. They literally closed the card because it was fraud yet will not help get your money back.
