okc's worst bank – don't open your bank accounts in the branch on 23rd st or the one off of i240. The worst service EVER. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. What is this world coming to when you re not even treated with respect where keep your hard earned money?
Incompetent Staff – I have to deal with this bank on a once per year basis and that is still way too much! The staff does not communicate with each other, and when asked to speak with a superviser, the customer is given the run around. I was promised a call back within an hour and had to call them back two hours later. DO NOT bank with this company! Stick with the national ones, Wells Fargo, BOA etc.....these small town banks are clueless!!!!
CNBOK is great – Mike, Ashely and the entire staff at CNBOK have always been very eager to help us and have always shown great customer service skills.
wine This shop has some very nice wines and their prices are fair too. I usually get my wine here rather than fight the big national chain stores. They will also answer questions and recommend the right wine for the occasion.
HIghly NOT RECOMMENDED! At least if you want to keep your money! – I would not, absolutely without a doupt not recommend this bank at all point blank period..we opened this account over 3yrs ago and it has been nothing but a pain! They try to take your money at every chance they get! When you make a bank deposit they will show it available in your account but if you use it basically before they say it is OK for you to use your own money (even though they made it available) they will charge you a $22 fee every single time you... read more
When you want the best! – Thanks for a friendly, locally owned, community bank. Friendly staff and great service. A wide variety of accounts and friendly, customer driven loan staff. They own their mortgage company so they truely offer everything. Excellent commercial mortgage department. Branches are located well and have easy access. The Southland branch is by far #1.
