Bad fraud protection. 90 day just waiting to find out if we get our full 8,000 back it was our SS CK account. Been waiting since July to find out something, anything. Had been at bank over 20 years. Don't understand how we are suppose to keep our money safe, if the bank can not. We are in know why responsible for the fraud that occurred, yet we only get our money back if they can collect it back!
