This is a review to demonstrate constructive criticism, not to diminish this bank. I believe that there TRULY needs to be a policy review and changes need to be made--it's 2018 and everything is fast paced and immediate, which means that depositing checks should NOT take 5 - 7 business days to clear (EVEN if I am a new account holder). I shouldn't have to wait 30 (THIRTY) days to be able to use mobile banking to deposit checks. Our cards should be smart pay (Samsung pay) compatible.
