I’ve been a City customer for years, but transitioned most of my banking away temporarily while I navigated a dangerous DV situation. City was very helpful and understanding during that time, and I recently visited the Russell branch and opened a new account, with the intent to transition back. It was a pleasant experience start to finish. Cindy was very warm and welcoming, and Clay was professional, polite, and efficient. It’s good to be home.
