We started banking here when it was Old National Bank in the late 70’s. We’ve never had a need to go anywhere else. It has a warm and welcoming atmosphere whether you’re on the phone or in the lobby. They are just super people. Thank you CNB!
Took my Christmas money when my employer wrongfully sent my money to them when I had already given them a different account with a different bank to send the money to. Now Christmas is ruined thanks to City National.
I was told I needed to open an account to get a check cashed, which I understand. I was also told that my next check I could deposit without a hold. Went to get next check deposited and the said two day hold. I don’t appreciate being lied to. This type of situation makes me upset. And makes me not want to use their services anymore.
I really wish I didn’t have to type out this review but I’m closing my account and I think people should be made aware of why. The mobile app is a piece of crap. I never know how much money I actually have. I’ll check my account, spend, let’s say, $10 and nothing else and my account will drop $50. Other times it’ll say I have hundreds of dollars more than I do. The balance in the app is never accurate.
