I don’t know who set up the app for this company but it has the worst anti fraud system ever! My boyfriend stopped using this bank because of the app and I still took my chances, only to also be disappointed. I locked my card in the app to avoid something pulling so I could save some money for my kid to take on a school trip. I forgot about the lock and attempted to use my card. The girls there manager and all the wondow ladies are so good to us here at dunkin. Thats where we bank and they are always so helpful and patient when we have several deposits or need change just a great bunch of people. On 5th ave.
We started banking here when it was Old National Bank in the late 70’s. We’ve never had a need to go anywhere else. It has a warm and welcoming atmosphere whether you’re on the phone or in the lobby. They are just super people. Thank you CNB!
