I have been trying to catch Kristin to talk about a home loan, I have tried multiple times to catch her in the office without any success, I am frustrated because I need to make a decision soon on purchasing a home. I came to West Virginia to help in the opening of a new plant and have been staying in temporary housing. I am forced to try another location or bank, which means more time wasted.

This bank is notorious for letting bills come out of an already negative account then charging a 34.00 fee on top of it. They have robbed me of $68.00 this week after working from 8am-10pm just to afford gas for work. If you work GRUBHUB, don't expect to see your money until the next day. If you cash a large check, don't expect to have YOUR money for 3-4 days. I will be canceling my account asap.... editing for the following week and yet again, another overdraft fee.
