Terrible bank. After being a loyal customer for nearly a decade, I’m shocked by the lack of professionalism and accountability at this bank. When issues arise and I received different information from different representatives but the blame shifted back onto me. There is little effort to understand or resolve concerns, and customer service feels dismissive rather than supportive. I had the BEST experience with Michael Hicks as my loan officer! He was very communicative during the entire process and answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything fully! I was dreading the process but he made it very simple and hassle free, It was clear he knew what he was doing!
