I switched to CNB a few months ago, the staff has helped me through many complicated situatuations with a lot of courtesy and patience. Normally a bank's service is nothing to brag about. This little downtown bank is a great place to do business and they love my dog!
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I’ve had an account with City National Bank for over 4 years and have never been satisfied with their services. It took over a week, being left on hold numerous times, 6 different people, and 4 different locations to open a simple savings account. Each person I talked to suggested they’d give a call back ...
